Action Information Systems announces the availability of Expedite 4.0, a truly unique document management system. The 4.0 release expands on the capability of Expedite through the addition of several key features:

  • Custom design pattern support, the key to supporting new and complex business processes.
  • Bulletin boards. Use this to hold information that you don't want to be modified like information that comes from a customer.
  • Time sheets. Your people simply fill out an Excel spreadsheet and, using our simple right-click interface, route it to their supervisor.
  • Digital signature support. Users can sign documents (such as their time sheets) using digital signatures.
  • Windows terminal server support.
  • Supervisor selection and support.
  • First time use training capability. The first time a user attempts to do something in Expedite, a help file or even a video can be shown to train the user on that particular function.
  • Enhanced support functions and error recovery.
